Lakeside - Victoria

Preleasing is taking place.  Get in early and have you space designed your way from the start.

Hartman Communities’ newest development will include office and retail space along the waterfront of Stieger Lake in downtown Victoria. The Lakeside development’s first building will be 7,000 square feet. Eventually, there will be three commercial retail and office buildings totaling 20,000 square feet along Stieger Lake Lane.

The development will include a public space, Bayfront Park Plaza, which would connect with a bike and walking path and property owned by the Three Rivers Park District. It will also feature an art gallery showcasing work by local artists and art studio space for classes.
